* LibraryThing Talk Greasemonkey Script - When I joined LibraryThing in 2006, the Talk area threads could only be opened in a single window due to JavaScript in the links. I wrote a quick Greasemonkey script to allow users to right-click on the links to open threads in new tabs. There's still a copy on UserScripts.org and I have a local copy too, plus instructions. It's no longer needed, so it has now been deprecated.
* HALBar - My place of work joined a library consortia in 2004. In late 2005, I started working on a simple Firefox extension that would (1) place a toolbar to search the libraries' shared catalog along the top of the screen, and (2) allow a user to highlight text on a page and search the library systems by right-clicking. It was one of the first library-specific toolbars to be created. We never really promoted it, and at the time, Firefox was not a dominant browser, so there weren't that many installs. Due to a number of reasons, my place of work left the consortia in 2009, so there was no need for me to continue the shared project. The last version released was 1.1.3 (24 June 2009). Due to web site updates at my place of work, this toolbar is no longer available.
